Convergence Algorithms

Tells us what to do to correct an inexact prediction:

Trade-off between computational complexity and perceived smoothness of displayed entities

Zero-order(Snap) convergence

Jumping from currently displayed location to its new location.

Advantage: Simple

Disadvantage: Poorly models real world.
“Jumping” entities may distract users
